Ryan Grippi is a loud and proud New York director/producer as well as a graduate of the Film and Television program at New York University: Tisch School of the Arts.

Ryan became an Eagle Scout at age 16. He has since dedicated his life to celebrating the arts, adventure, and the passion of exploring the world through collaborative storytelling. Having been raised working in his family's 7-Eleven franchise he has an excitement for working with people. It is not uncommon for Ryan to ask you for your Starbucks order when swapping numbers. This is in part because he knows a lot about coffee but also because he knows even more about the importance of morale on set and sometimes just how much his friends need it. Ryan has been producing in various positions for ten years and has experience handling projects in various budgets and calibers. He enjoys the thrill of working with a director and to be crazy enough to handle all of the nonsense the world can throw at them. He is technical minded and is ready to learn whatever it takes to get a project done.

When it comes to directing this is no different. He likes the challenge of understanding the kind of environment his actors need to feel safe enough to perform genuinely.

Outside of movies Ryan has a love of coding, theatre, dance and exercise.

Currently Ryan is editing his new short film "Never Look Back". It is expected to be completed in the early part of 2018. He is also attending grad school at NYU's Interactive Telecommunications Program where he is focusing on developing Virtual Reality content as writing his first iPhone app!
